Himalayan salt is from a mine in the Punjab region of Pakistan, The foothills of the Salt Range are located 300 km from the Himalayas, 298 km from Amritsar, India and 260 km from Lahore.

Himalayan salt is predominantly sodium chloride and small amounts of ten other minerals. The pink colour is due to the presence of iron oxide the darker the pink the more iron oxide

A salt lamp is a lamp carved from a larger salt crystal, often coloured, with an incandescent light bulb. The lamps give an attractive glow and are suitable for use as nightlights or for ambient mood lighting. When illuminated the salt crystals emit a soft glowing light. There is a belief that heated salt crystals emit negative ions or positive energy waves into the air

Himalayan Salt Lamps release tiny amounts of moisture into the air and it attaches to the dust particals that are floating about, when this happens it makes the dust too heavy to remain airborne and it drops to the ground.  That is why the Himalayan Salt Lamps are also great for allergy sufferers by reducing the amount of dust particles floating in the air.

So what is a Negative Ion? Most man-made substances create “positive ions” that alter the structure of our cells, as the positive ion acts it can affect healthy tissue. Negative Ions neutralise these ‘bad’ elements and render them harmless.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
If a product is faulty, please fill in the form on the Contact Us page and let us know. Please don't return anything without contacting us first. We will send you free of charge a prepaid satchel to return the item in.

Photographic proof will be required for a faulty product where applicable.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please read the following information carefully and contact us BEFORE returning anything. All refunds & exchanges need to be applied for within 14 days of the delivery of your order. Returns must come back to us within 7 days after contacting us. Items cannot be returned for exchange or refund because you have changed your mind. They will only be accepted back if the product was not as advertised or faulty.

It is your responsibility to make all attempts to return the item to us in the same condition you received it in.

If goods are not as they were advertised, we will process a refund and cover postage costs, but please note, colour variations between your computer screen and the product you end up with are NOT included in this refund policy. Colour variations between computer screens vary greatly and we cannot guarantee a completely accurate depiction of the colour of a product on your PC, phone or tablet or any other device.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS
We cannot guarantee that you will not have an allergic reaction to a product in our store. While all our ingredients are free from harsh chemicals, plenty of people have allergic reactions to natural products as well (like lemongrass, lavender or nuts for example). If you are uncertain about any product, please seek professional advise before using.

We do not exchange or refund on the basis of allergic reactions to products.
