FAULTY PRODUCTS
If a product is faulty, please fill in the form on the Contact Us page and let us know. Please don't return anything without contacting us first. We will send you free of charge a prepaid satchel to return the item in.
Photographic proof will be required for a faulty product where applicable.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please read the following information carefully and contact us BEFORE returning anything. All refunds & exchanges need to be applied for within 14 days of the delivery of your order. Returns must come back to us within 7 days after contacting us. Items cannot be returned for exchange or refund because you have changed your mind. They will only be accepted back if the product was not as advertised or faulty.
It is your responsibility to make all attempts to return the item to us in the same condition you received it in.
If goods are not as they were advertised, we will process a refund and cover postage costs, but please note, colour variations between your computer screen and the product you end up with are NOT included in this refund policy.
